Who is Coastal Odyssey?
Coastal Odyssey is owned by Jonathan Bendiksen, who as President takes an active role in the day to day company operations. Jonathan is a highly qualified sea kayak guide and instructor with over 25 years experience; he is certified as a Senior Guide and Instructor through the Norwegian Sea Kayak Guide and Instructor Association. He also has the highest certification attainable as a ski coach and guide. He brings to Coastal Odyssey a high level of professionalism and an assurance that client’s will receive the industries highest level of experience and quality in leadership.

I have hand picked the best places in Norway to Explore by sea kayak. In the spring of 1998 I started exploring Norway’s rugged coastline on foot and in a sea kayak; and after exploring all corners of this magnificent country, I have chosen the most spectacular areas in which to share with you Norway’s outstanding charms.
